I’m happy to give these editions to anyone who’d like to use them, so I’m going to start posting them here every once in a while!

“The Compleat Tutor for the French Horn” - a new critical edition
The earliest known English method book written specifically for the horn, re-engraved and edited for the first time. Attributed to Christopher Winch and published around 1746, the musical and pedagogical material found in this treatise is a quintessential depiction of horn technique prior to the widespread adoption of hand-stopping. This edition corrects errors and consolidates editorial decisions from several unattributed reprints, and is available under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 copyright both via my website and IMSLP.
